Tamara Modern Indian Cuisine

Recently visited this place and was pleasantly surprised. It’s located inside The Cambria Hotel and has a modern, lively vibe that makes it a great spot for a relaxed dinner. The food was flavorful with the perfect blend of spices. Everything we tried was delicious, the tikkis, naan, Shaam Savera (spinach kofta in a gravy similar to paneer tikka masala), and paneer lababdar were all excellent and well-prepared. We received our appetizers promptly, though there was a bit of a wait for the main course. The staff was attentive and courteous. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. They also have a branch in Lake Mary, which I’m already planning to check out.

🍽️✨ Tried this Indian restaurant just a short walk from Universal’s Endless Summer Resort — and it was a great experience! The ambience was lovely, and we were welcomed and seated quickly. The staff was professional, friendly, and the service was excellent throughout. We ordered chicken tikka masala, malai kofta, tandoori rotis, and a few beers 🍻. The food was delicious, well prepared, and the portion sizes were perfect. Plus, complimentary rice was a nice bonus! Overall, we had a really good dining experience and would definitely recommend this place if you’re craving authentic Indian cuisine 🇮🇳❤️

The server Ash was amazing. The food was amazing, flavorful, hot and delicious 😋. The atmosphere was inviting and drinks were good. The shrimp appetizer was superb and the butter chicken was the best. Thank you! It was worth every bite.

This Restaurant is amazing. We had Yash as our server and he was amazing. He was attentive and really kind and respectful. The food was amazing and tastes so good. The spices were just the right amount. Thanks to Yash and his kindness we will be back again for sure. Thank you.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at TAMARA. The food was flavorful, authentic, and beautifully presented — every dish felt like a taste of India. But what truly made the evening special was our server, Yash. He was exceptional — warm, attentive, and so knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure we were comfortable throughout and gave great recommendations that we loved. He was so aware of what we needed. It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality in a busy resturant.
