Tamales Auténticos

I tried the chicken tamale, and the pork tamale and both were excellent. I like the tasty pork a little more. Serve with sour cream cheese and hot sauce. Tamales are hot and kept warm in a cooler. Perhaps then it’s best in the morning when they open. It does take them about 20 minutes to set up so add that to the opening time. I’m used to the tamales that you have to heat up in the microwave with a wet paper towel and still it a little dry. So these fresh tamales are a treat. Next time you’re hungry in the morning, skip the breakfast burrito and get some of these tamales. I’ll be back. They are located in the Setos restaurant parking lot.
