Taloola Café

So happy I stumbled upon this spot while waiting for my train at Windsor Station. I genuinely love it. It feels like a place that was designed slowly, with heart. Its full of personality, little artifacts collected over time, rustic touches and this cozy warmth that just pulls you in. I had the sweet potato soup of the day, coconut-based and unbelievably comforting. One of those bowls that makes you take a second just to appreciate how good it is. The whole café is packed with character and old-world charm; I couldn’t stop taking photos of every corner. The walls are covered in eclectic paintings, there’s a tiny cupboard of retail finds, trinkets everywhere, and near the entrance there’s even a space for local businesses to leave flyers and cards—a small but thoughtful way to support the

I personally for the longest time have loved and adored Taloola! It’s the vintage, vibey, locally loved and quaint cafe that is and always will be unique to Walkerville. The absolute best and favourite thing I will ever order from them is the Taloola for 2 meal combos because of its excellent value and price. Whenever we order it, it’s always a variation of the Roberto, Devonshire or Patricia Paninis (tip - get the panini over the rye if you want a bigger sandwich), the Greenhouse Dressing mixed green salad or African Ground Nut stew with a varietal of desserts (we get the date square and the lavender shortbread cookie). Every time we are beyond satisfied with this combo. We also loved their Breakfast Bagel and a cappuccino in their gorgeous cups on the patio or indoors which in my opinion

I really enjoyed my visit to Taloola Café, and it certainly won’t be my last. The hot chocolate was delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. The cozy, old-fashioned decor and the café’s simplicity create a truly special atmosphere.

Very cute cafe, lots of interesting art. Ordered a chocolate crossiant, it was great! Regular coffee and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate didn't have much flavour. The coffee wasn't too bad!

Staff are super friendly and food is delicious. Great restaurant atmosphere, and quirky decor. Good vegan options and drink selection! Would recommend!
