TALL TIMBER RESTAURANT - see Celtic Spirits Speakeasy

I did not stay in the motel, just ate in the new speakeasy restaurant. It was so good! Fun ambiance inside with choices of speakeasy or more cafe style. But the food was excellent. We had soup and the Brussels sprouts (excellent) and a steak. The steak was worth every penny. And the total bill was a lot less than we expected for excellent food and drinks. We are local and will definitely be back.

My buddy and I were pretty tired after driving here from Montana in snowy weather. I phoned them from the road, and the young lady on the phone was friendly and efficient. I was glad that she let me know that the restaurant would be closed by the time of our arrival; she made sure that the cook would be ready for us in the lounge, which was still open. I had a good burger and some good local IPA. My buddy had some nachos, which he enjoyed. The atmosphere in the lounge was lively and merry, as it ought to be in a timber town on a Saturday night. The room (number zero) was perfectly okay--not luxurious, but clean and quiet.

This place has the best home made food available in East Lewis County. The food and the beverages are delicious. We had brunch there and it was perfect! The food, the service, the hospitality, all great! Thanks for a wonderful experience! Will definitely be coming back for some time in the speakeasy!

A new wonderful addition to this area!!! I was so excited to eat I forgot to take pics of the food. Lol the food was outstanding and cooked to perfection. Staff was nice and the owners were very kind too. Will definitely come again. If anything "negative", I would just say that I was not full when we left. But the food was delish!!! Drinks were outstanding, and the best old fashioned I have ever had!!!

What a menu! As delicious as we hoped! Fun to have an Irish restaurant nearby Packwood! The drinks were so yummy! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu next time!
