Great place to take the family that feels like a big ski lodge with incredible views tucked up next to the mountain. There’s always live music and kids running around, even inside in the winter. Great selection of local craft beer and imports, good food inside, and food trucks. Even 1 tv for a little bit of sports.

This is a beautiful place to get away and soak up the beauty of Connecticut. Friendly staff, good food and a bar that serves some of the finest German beers on tap. Not to mention Avon mountain right outside.

12 of us were there this evening and charged $5 per person to just get onto the grounds. (I hope this isn’t the new norm btw) Anyways, we knew there was a 90’s cover band at 8pm and planned to leave before then. If you wanted to stay for that it was $10 per person but we had two kids that were under 16 with us so we knew we couldn’t stay for it anyways since that was the requirement for the band viewing. As a group of 12, we easily spent $300-$400 on food/dinner and drinks while we were there. Around 7 PM we were asked to either pay the five dollars extra to watch the band or to leave. We had not even finished eating and some of us hadn’t even gotten our food that we had already paid for. Again, this was an hour before the show. At 7:45 we were told again that we needed to leave or pay th

I came here on Thursday night for a happy hour with some friends after hearing this new place opened up. I hadn't realized it was St. Patrick's Day but was happy with the themed food and happy hour specials. There was a bagpipe group playing out front when we got there which was super cool to see and watch. They did move inside which I found way to loud for an enclosed space, we weren't even able to have a conversation. But luckily they didn't play for too long. They were great, don't get me wrong, but it was just a bit too loud for inside. The specials were great. There was plenty of wine choices, beer options, and other cocktails. There was also some bar food you could choose from and a great food truck outside. Overall I'd recommend a stop it! The folks are friendly, its cute, and there

Went here for the first time to watch my Wilcox brothers and their lead singer Maddie perform! It was an incredible venue with very friendly staff. Awesome portion size on all their food too. View and sunset was unbeatable!
