Customer Reviews
The service here really stood out to me. Unlike many other counter-service places I’ve been to, the staff actually checks in on you. Even though you order at a self-service kiosk or at the counter, the server still comes by several times to make sure everything is going well. A lot of places with this kind of ordering system feel no different from fast food spots, but the service here felt much more attentive. I ordered the curry pork katsu and the portion was very generous. The curry had great flavor, though the pork katsu was slightly on the salty side for my taste. Overall it was still a satisfying meal. Next time I come back, I’ll make sure to bring some cash for a tip.
This is the ONLY place in Indy that you can get grape boba that actually tastes amazing. I love this drink so much 20/10. The cheese foam on top is also perfect, no notes on the boba balls either cuz they’re so good. They have a very very big menu of drinks, which I love. Their food menu is also big as well. I tried their spicy tonkatsu ramen and I thought it was just okay. However, I do want to try their other food items as well and will definitely go back to do that.
I ordered a #3 which was a pork ramen with corn, green onion, daikon radish, wood mushrooms, sprouts, egg, and rice noodles. I also ordered a mango boba with coconut milk and peach bursters. My only regret is not getting a large because the fresh mango was delicious. My wife and I spent $50 on two meals and two drinks which is reasonable. The cashier was friendly and helped answer a few questions my wife and I had about the menu. The atmosphere is clean with a little whimsy to avoid being bland. Everything was delicious and I will be making this a place I regularly visit. I highly recommend dining here as soon as possible.
Takumi is very yummy and adorable! I ordered the #9 and its perfect for anyone who loves a savory meal. You can adjust the sodium level as well, theres so many options. I also got the Strawberry Latte with coconut pudding, also very good! Brought my friend to try it as well and she loved it! 12/10 cozy meal ♥️
I was quite impressed by this shop tucked away near Castleton. I had never heard of it and was just trying to get a small meal before my movie. I got the shoyu ramen and it was quite tasty. Full warning, I’m not a ramen expert, but to my untrained taste it was delicious. I hope to try them again and get some boba to see if that holds up (this I am a bit pickier on)
