Tag's Family-Style Take Out

Growing up in Williamsport in the 1970s and 80s, Tag's was an experience like no other. The food, the place, the people, the sense of welcome and family-- it was special. Although that environment can never be re-created, they've done an amazing job cooking the food using the recipes we grew up loving. And they make me feel good every time I walk through their doors. Love this place, this food, these people. ❤

Staff at Tag's Family Takeout are welcoming and knowledgeable. I have catered an family celebration at their store and the meal was fresh, homemade, and so delicious. I can't say enough about how great not only their food is, but also how the new generation has continued their parents' and grandparents' tradition of welcoming hospitality and dedication to making family recipes with only the best ingredients and care.

The closest thing I’ve had to my grandmothers sauce and meatballs in about 12 years. Prior to that it was at my cousins restaurant in Maryland. Worth the price and I get why they are still open. I literally had a Ratatouille moment. Thanks Tags.

I reached out to Tag's as a place for a family luncheon after a funeral. They were so easy to work with and the plans were easily made. The food was scrumptious!! My family felt comforted by the inviting and charming atmosphere of the store. Everything was prepared perfectly for the event! I am still craving the Aldo Salad, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Roasted Chicken, Potatoes, Chicken Parmesan, and the Bread with Peppers. Honestly, I am sure all of the dishes they serve are amazing. If you want a wonderfully adorable atmosphere and amazing Italian comfort food, then choose Tag's for your next event. The best part is that you can get the take-out any time for just your family as well!

We picked up lasagna, eggplant, and salads for a little get-together at our house. Everything tasted so good, but I must say the eggplant was the best of all! Thank you for the high quality ingredients used to make each dish a success. The owner personally greeted us with the same enthusiasm as his grandfather. All the employees went out of their way to serve us. I highly recommend Tag’s!
