Tacos Papirringo

I had five tacos; two lengua, and three barbacoa with beans and rice for a Cinco de Mayo Celebration in Caldwell. The lengua was amazing, it was tasteful, flavorful, and by far the best lengua tacos I have had thus far. Must try.

This is some of the best Mexican food you will ever have and the nicest people ever...We go there often and their food is authentic and always outstanding ...So yummy...And the best service ever...Give them a try you won't be sorry...Outstanding quality,taste and service from Boise to Ontario and everywhere in between hands down they truly are the best....

Ok I am not one to leave reviews!! But here's the deal this place is the only one I know these days that still use the real meats and ingredients! You want good food find this truck and eat! I will tell you everything you need to know but I would rather you find out for yourself!!

I heard that they had great food so I stopped by when I was in Idaho city. The wait wasn't very long and ran in to an old coworker and chatted for a while. The staff was friendly and Idaho City in the surrounding area are always a great atmosphere! The only complaint that I have about the food is that it wasn't hot and the cheese wasn't melted. To be fair, I will stop by and try again for hopefully a better review on the food.

Tacos Papirringo was a vendor at our festival this year. The food was fantastic, they were very clean with their set up and always on time! Very nice family too, would highly recommend - their tacos and other offerings were really popular at our event
