Been coming here for quite some time now. We even contracted them for my son's wedding(and everyone loved their tacos). I don't like soggy tripas, so, they take the extra time to cook until crispy(good things come to those who wait). All of their meats are delicious. I read some comments of people complaining about the prices, well let me tell you..... Don't cry about money, when it comes to feeding your family. You could save a buck by going somewhere cheaper, but you are gonna end-up with just that...cheaper, tasteless food. Here you have freshly made tortillas, good seasoned meats, well served(portion)tacos, and a large multi-salsa bar with beans, consome(birria broth), grilled onions and jalapeños. Delicious quality meats and homemade tortillas! The tacos are delish! Also love the complimentary sides they offer in addition to the salsas.

The food here is the same as every other taco stand in the SELA area nothing special but they are ridiculously over priced, their trying to get rich selling mediocre tacos and way over priced Jamaica in little cups calling the cups large $5 typical California style taking advantage of your dollars. If they cant be unique about the food they sell then be unique in other ways like be known for having generous portions and lower prices than your competitors kind of like that butcher shop on rosemead across from motel 6 in Pico Rivera "RAMIREZ RANCH MARKET" they have tasty big fat burritos with a drink for $9 dollars go see for yourself if you think Im trolling!! I was insulted by Birria Shack when they told me how much my skimpy tacos and a drink was $18+ after eating and I was still hungry!!
