Tacos Herreras

The tacos were delicious. I ordered Birria Tacos, Queso birria tacos, and al pastor tacos. Excellent. The al pastor had excellent flavor and a delightful combo of juicy meat and crispy bits. The couple were very nice, spoke English and Spanish, and explained the options nicely. As a food truck and I ordered in winter I appreciate that they have the vibration pucks to let you know when your food is ready.

Best tacos around hands down. They are simple classic tacos and they are incredibly flavored. If you’re sick of fusions and twist on simple Mexican food come here. Straight down the middle delicious meat.

Asada quesadilla tasted good, but they forgot to add the salsa. The chicken tacos had a good flavor and were filled nicely. The carnitas tacos were pretty dry. I asked for both salsas and assumed they would have put them in little cups, but I read they just added both salsas to the tacos. The red salsa was pretty darn spicy.

I was gonna say something negative cause no consume was included with the quesabirria tacos, but damn taco was so good I cant. We'll be back, thank you for an amazing taco!!!

Check y’all’s receipts!!! I was charged more than the prices posted and when asked to break down the price in a receipt they acted like they didn’t understand, just gave a a receipt with the total amount. I was running late so I didn’t even say anything anymore and just left.
