Tacos el Torito

Phenomenal taqueria! We’re making a point of stopping at all the taquerias in othello, but I don’t think we’ll visit many more, as Torito2 is amazing. Camerones a la Diabla, lengua, pescado frita, and queso birria are perfect. Everything is fresh and perfectly seasoned & prepared. You’re going to want to take the birria consommé home with you. The restaurant is clean and the staff are welcoming. The prices are good.

Nice stop midway on our trip. The tacos were filling and very flavorful. Lots of smiles and friendly service.

Surprisingly spacious inside, with two main large rooms--one an order area with sit-down tables; the other, a space for family dining, which is pretty simply set up. It's in a strip-mallish area on 1st that has seen better days, but there's tons of parking. They have it nice and bright in there, and there is a quasi-open style kitchen, set up along where you counter order your meal. Don't expect a 'fiesta' ambiance, like some families set their restos up to be. And let me tell ya, everyone in there was smiling and hustling. There weren't a ton of folks in there while we were dining, but it was in-and-out with people picking up take out orders. They are doing very well with business. The food? Need you ask? This is Central WA, Cochise. A happy place for Mex...

I wish we live closer! This is probably the best Mexican food we had since we moved to washington. The craving is real since I’m so used to abundance of good tacos in Dallas. Unfortunately I can only do take out when I work in Othello. Attached is their menu.

So glad I had Pastor David Garza with me from the Othello Foursquare Church to order for me! The food was great. 100 percent authentic and so good!!! Side Note: If you have not met Pastor David Garza and his amazing wife and family then it’s time! Thanks Othello for a great week under the big tent at Lions Park!
