Tacos El Primo

This is the BEST taco truck in CT. Yes you heard that right The BEST!! I was immediately blown away by the cleanliness, staff, and most importantly the food! YOU just have to try it for yourself but I’m giving them a 10/10 😋 the service was fast, efficient, and overall just amazing.

These tacos were the best I’ve ever had! Super authentic, filling, and great price! The churro was delicious and the corn was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and get more!

Excellent food and the service and the impressive flavor of a unique combination of flavors of which we are fans and above all followers of good food. Food: On this occasion we decided, as always, to try something different👌🏻. We ordered two chicken quesadillas, a cheese quesadilla, a large guacamole and two tacos, a taco al pstor and a chicken taco. We loved the great flavor of these tacos. We recommend them 100% SERVICE: Since we arrived they gave me a time, and the young woman who helped me said, "Primo in 15 minutes." which we loved I recommend them 100%

Tacos El Primo is hands down one of the best spots in Waterbury! Everything on the menu is packed with flavor and made fresh, but the quesadillas are on another level. Perfectly cheesy, the chicken and steak are so good, and absolutely delicious. The nachos are loaded and never skimp on toppings, making them the perfect shareable plate. And don’t even get me started on the churros they are warm, crispy, and coated in just the right amount of sugar and cinnamon, they’re the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. You can taste the love in every bite. Highly recommend!

PROS: Plenty of parking. CONS: No tables or seats. Food taste "alright" nothing special. The atmosphere is a truck parked in a abandoned environment. When ordering, the advertised price and asking price were different. The establishment needs to reflect accurate pricing.
