Tacos El Migue

El Migue is such a hidden gem! The restaurant is super clean and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind - one of them even came by just to check on how we were liking everything, which was such a nice touch. I ordered the Carne Asada tacos, and they were absolutely delicious - probably my favorite so far from the two times I have been. The flavor was spot on, and you can tell everything is made fresh. Even the corn tortillas that they serve the tacos on are THE BEST! Honestly, everything on the menu looked amazing and very authentic. It’s definitely one of those places where you can tell they care about their food and their guests. Highly recommend! 🌮❤️

Great tacos at this food truck in Shawnee. We had the Asada, Pastor (Little heavy on the onion but easy enough to remove), Chorizo and Birria Tacos. The Birria was excellent! Definitely will go back.

This place is legit! Their asada (and pollo)street tacos are fire. The meat is seasoned well and very flavorful and the quality of meat seems to be much better than other restaurants that offer street tacos. Their regular crunchy/soft ground beef tacos are flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Queso is simple but still delicious. I could probably drink their green salsa straight up it's that yummy. Their loaded fries are so.dang.good! Not just a bunch of beans (they don't even put any beans on them, not needed)and shredded cheese. These actually have melted queso along with asada, guac, a bit of lettuce and pico. My family devoured them. Can't wait to try more on the menu. They have fantastic daily deals. Go check this place out!

Stopped by for some lunchtime carne asada tacos. Really flavorful, quality product. Hit the spot for sure. Will definitely try again!

Tacos El Migue is basically a flavor explosion in taco form. Their white queso should come with a warning label—it’s dangerously addictive. The meat game is next-level: the ground beef is a delicious knockout, but the steak? Pure insanity. Every bite makes your taste buds throw a tiny fiesta. If tacos were an extreme sport, Tacos El Migue would be the undefeated champion, and you’d happily compete in every round. PS. The churros were BOMB too!
