The tripas here are perfectly cleaned and cooked just right—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor without being greasy or overpowering. I ordered mine medium-crispy, and they had that ideal crunch that pairs beautifully with the soft, warm corn tortillas. The fresh cilantro, onions, and house-made salsa added the perfect kick. You can tell they know how to handle tripas, which is something not every taquería gets right. Definitely my go-to spot for authentic tripas tacos.

The tacos are great but they never answer or seem to be open when they show that they are. Dont expect them to be open nor for them to reply.

We finally stopped by after driving past this spot for a few weeks. We had a torta, quesadilla, and some sopes, all of it was incredible! The salsas were awesome too, service with a smile and great prices. We’ll be back, probably sooner rather than later.
