Tacos El Gordo Laramie, WY

Amazing. Traditional, only $4 per taco, absolutely loaded with meat, flavorful and perfectly spicy sauces, and the staff was very friendly. The side of the truck says the best tacos in Wyoming and there’s no doubt about that. If you go to the McDonald’s across the street instead of here you’re making a huge mistake.

My one night in town and I just picked a Mexican food taco truck named Tacos el Gordo. People were nice, service was fast and the food was not only tasty, but I could have bought a quarter of what I did, there was so much food. The regular meat nacho tray seemed small, but they packed it and just that would have been more than I can eat. I also got the quesadilla and barely was able to eat a quarter of that. The food is delicious and I wish I was hungry again. I guess it will be my food for tomorrow on the road.

I stop here every time I'm thru Laramie. Meat well seasoned. Tortillas sometimes tear apart. Sauces just a wee bit on the watery side and not scorching hot. Good for a taco trailer. Atmosphere only four because sometimes it gets a little hot sitting outside in the sun. But hey, at least they have a table. All in all, always an enjoyable experience. Good people, good food.

Came here with family for dinner. Got 2 beef quesadillas,1 chicken quesadilla, and some nachos. Every bite in the beef quesadillas had fatty meat. The chicken quesadilla had hardly any meat, mostly cheese. Definitely would not recommend this place!!

The al pastor tacos and red salsa are incredible! Perfect pit stop when driving through Laramie.
