Tacos Don Pancho

Legit. Im just passing through from Tejas. Meat quality and freshness of the tortillas were on point. green salsa was spicy, as it should be. For the price, though, the tacos should be made with regular sized tortillas instead of street sized. Maybe state on the menu they are street taco sized.

My favorite taco spot since moving away from Chicago. My family likes the steak tacos, pastor tacos, and the steak fries. We have been here almost every weekend. We love the salsas too. The young lady at the window is always so sweet. Thank you!

I’m a huge fan of Mexican food! Spotted this place near the Menards parking lot and thought, “Let’s give it a try.” So glad we did—the food was amazing! We had tacos and a chicken quesadilla, and everything was delicious! 🫶🏻

Started coming here completely on a whim almost a year to the day (this coming month will be 1 year). Best decision we've ever made! We had gotten kinda tired of the other local Mexican restaurants and were looking for something new, and we drive by this truck every Friday evening so it was worth a shot for us. Happy to say we were NOT disappointed and have kept coming back every couple weeks since They have the BEST nachos here, their whole menu is excellent and made right then and there (so there *might* be a wait to get your food if it's busy, but nothing outrageous) Would honestly give them 6 stars if I could!

Man, lemme tell you... It's very hard to find a food truck that serves QUALITY food at a GREAT price. The guys here at Pancho's Tacos food truck do just that. The meat is perfectly seasoned and melts in your mouth. They aren't skimpy on their portions either, so you definitely get full off of whatever item you choose. They also offer a great variety of traditional AUTHENTIC Mexican drinks. First time trying them and I can say that I was blown away. Will definitely be coming back to them if i'm ever in the area again. 5/5 all around. Conveniently located at the very rear of the Menards parking lot, you can't miss them. Thank you, Pancho's!
