Tacos California Downtown Olympia

Update: tried again. Prices do not match what is advertised. Again, burrito had like four pieces of meat and mostly rice and beans. No complaints on atmosphere and service. I purchased the burrito and I was very disappointed. The burrito was 80% rice. Or more. There was very little meat and toppings. I used to go here often. I feel like they went cheap on quality. Not sure if I'll return because I am not the only person who noticed that they're not getting what they pay for.

By now this Tacos California truck is a real cultural keystone in the downtown Olympia food scene. It’s been the most reliable of the city’s food trucks over the last several years. The food is delicious and fresh. The service is friendly and fast. We couldn’t ask for a better taco truck in Olympia.

For the first time, I decided to try CA tacos. Called in my order for carnitas street tacos and asked for NO hot sauce. Got the tacos home and found hot sauce on them. Couldn't try them. I was able to taste the pork which was Devine. Sadly I won't go back.

While the food does taste good, what we received does not match the description we were given when we ordered online and costumer service was not good. We didn’t think it was worth the price.

*Ordered through Ubereats. I was so impressed with this place! I would highly recommend it to others! I tried the mulitas and sopes and would absolutely get them both again! I think the mulitas was my favorite thing overall! I steak Street tacos were excellent. Rice and beans were on point, and the beans were extra flavorful and done well. My friend had the steak burrito and Cuban torta and reported that both were excellent! We will be back again for sure!
