Taco Time

Decent place for quick bite. Inexpensive, the service was quick and food was ok.

I was excited to see this review population! I love tacotime and always will. They always have great quality food and the staff is almost always in a good mood at each one. This one inparticular tho I've gone to everywhere week since I started working again in the area. Fresh food everytime I go here. They also get massive credit for having clean bathrooms at every location! I have a few stomache issues and usualy get problems from resteraunts but never from taco time! My go to is usualy a crisp chicken burrito and a soft pinto been burrito or the chicken tostado salad. Their hotsauce is also my favorite but I can't eat alot of it without hurting lol.

Way over priced compared to other Taco Times. $10.00 over other locations prices. Girl on register was nice. But the older lady was rude. She made a big deal that we wanted our meal extra crispy. Just her tone on how she talks to customers ensures you won't be returning. I do not enjoy rudeness and being made to feel you are an inconvenience. Not the kind of "Sides" I like with my meal.

The one thing I like is great customer service and I'm not sure if she was a manager or not but I have to give my Applause to Kathy at Taco Time in Federal Way off Enchanted. She had great customer service and was on top of anything and everything I needed I really appreciate it. And she did it with a smile. That type of service is what makes me keep going back. Thank you Kathy for your amazing customer service!

My four star rating does not have any thing to do with the actual business, Taco Time. Unfortunately, one of their staff members was having an off day. Max was not friendly, actually threw our number on the counter, it tipped over, when we ordered a drink, he threw our lid, cup and straw as well. It was actually comical-haven’t experienced this before any where. When our order was delivered, only half of it was there. Fortunately, the kind person who delivered our food, cared, I’m sorry, I didn’t get her name. She quickly corrected our order and apologized. 3/7/23 at 11:45 am.
