Came for lunch and it was a bit quiet, but the guy in front of me had a really large order, good to know they’re getting business! It’s clear this spot is family-owned, with the son taking orders while the mom and young daughter prepare the food in the back. I ordered carne asada nachos and an al pastor wet burrito. The nachos were good. I initially thought they used white cheese, but it was actually a picture of carne asada fries, and I got the yellow cheese with my nachos, which was fine. I also asked for jalapeños on the side and needed extra salsa. Overall, a solid spot, definitely worth giving them a try. Very modern ambiance - ooh attached coffee shop but looked closed

Firstly, it's worth noting that Taco Ranch is a fantastic spot for delicious, affordable, and authentic Mexican food. However, they also offer a range of American-style dishes, including burgers, that are equally as delicious. Let's start with the cheeseburger that you had - I can completely understand why you were blown away! It's clear that the chefs at Taco Ranch take great care in crafting each burger to perfection. The patty itself is cooked to a juicy medium, with just the right amount of seasoning to bring out the flavors of the meat. The cheese is perfectly melted, and the bun is soft and fresh, making for a perfect combination of textures. What's more, the burger is served with a side of perfectly crispy fries, making for a truly satisfying meal. And, of course, washing it down

Whoever was working on February 10th at 7:28am is weak link in the chain of life. If you say you open at 7, open at 7. At least have the courtesy to let people know when you'll actually be ready instead of shooing em away from the depths of the kitchen. Rude. I do not recommend this spot to people with a schedule or jobs if you're trying to get breakfast.

The only thing that is faulty with this place is that on Google, it says they open at 7 AM, but on numerous occassions and on different days of the week I have called all the way to 7:30 AM to put in a pick up order on my way to work and they don't pick up the phone. Plus, as I said, it's on my way to work, so for instance, just today, 7:12 AM I called 3 times, no answer and passed the restaurant to stop by and it was not open again but on Google it says OPEN in green. Please take care of that. The food is delicious.
