"Cold Inside, but the Breakfast Tacos Were Fire" 01-17-2026 I visited this place late Saturday morning while I was out shopping, and it was a really nice experience overall. Customer service was excellent. Delfino waited on me and was super attentive, checking in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He was down-to-earth, welcoming, and made the visit feel easy and friendly. The interior décor is rustic and a little bucolic (in a good way). It adds to the Mexican authenticity and makes it feel like you're in Mexico, grabbing food at a local corner taco shop. They were also playing Tejano tunes to add an even more authentic vibe to the atmosphere. The only downside was that it was very cold inside, which made things a bit uncomfortable. The food is great! The folks are wonderful. They have several different levels of 'heat' in their red and green salsas (so good!). They are open for breakfast and lunch. Close in the late afternoon. We have been going there for over a decade.

A nice family run taco spot. I can't recall having any problems with my orders and the food tastes great with a good portion size. I have been here a total of four times and have no complaints!

I was excited to find this place right around the corner of my new digs. Unfortunately, the service was lukewarm, which was the first red-flag. Then there was the food. I asked and was charged for an extra side of bacon, which I guess they conveniently forgot. Plus the extra beans on my tacos. Plus, they also have a weird salsa policy. Oh, and to make matters worse the table next to mine, even though they had more people, got their food first, even though the owners and I listen to the same music. I guess I’ll keep looking for a new taco shop.
