Taco Palenque Schertz

WARNING- Came here yesterday for the first time in a long time. I was very surprised at their new plates they are mowing serving their food. The plate is smaller and is made of some type of foam. I was a little surprised but since it’s been a long time not eating at taco palenque, I ordered and ate the food! When I was done eating, I saw the knife and fork marks on the foamed plate (see photos). I immediately informed and show my wife my plate and asked her “is this safe to eat?” She looked at me a surprised looked and I told her, are we eating small particles of foam/plastic” when we cut our food and eat it? Her eyes opened wider and said “OMG! I think we are!”. Just want to warn all customers that you may be risking your health by consuming Taco Palenque’s food served on these cheap

We absolutely really enjoy eating here - when our order comes out right. We love the restaurants fresh ingredients and it’s what keeps us returning. Today our experience was not favorable. My daughter wanted a chicken crispy taco with cheese and guacamole only. It came with chicken cheese and a ton of tomatoes. We were charged for the guacamole too. The confusing part is when I looked at the receipt, there were question marks by lettuce and tomato, but it was stated chicken cheese and guacamole only. The drive through cashier did not attempt to reconfirm either.

Talk about a lunch. Hands down the best I’ve had. This was the first time trying this place. Husband ordered me Valentine’s Day lunch and it was soooo delicious. Fast and fresh. Definitely recommend.

Went to eat breakfast on Saturday with the fam. My first time here, pancakes were good and eggs were decent. Bacon was eatable, but nothing to brag about. Wish the pancake combo came with 3 instead of 2. My kids ate alot of their food and daddy put the rest into his bottomless pit, my stomach. Wifey had breakfast tacos, but didnt like the tortillaz. She makes them from scratch @ home, so resturants gotta bring their A game. $45 for 2 adults and 2 kids under 8. Service was A1

I love this location. Everybody is so professional. The place is clean. You get your food quick and it always tastes fabulous. It's definitely the best one I've ever been at!!! It tastes so close to homemade. I love it
