TACO-N-GANAS

Tucked in the corner of the Malco Cinema, is this gem of a food truck. I got the Birria Ramen, TaconGanas w/Barbaco, and my wife got a chicken quesadilla. The Ramen was a rich broth, amazingly tender Birria, chickpeas, large chunks of potato, carrot, and perfectly cooked wheat noodles. The TaconGanas was delicious Barbaco that came with a well spiced green sauce. The Quesadilla was huge and filled with the perfect balance of shredded chicken and cheese. It was all served 10 mins and the staff was super friendly and helpful. 10 outta 10 stop if you want quality Mexican with dishes I've never seen anywhere else 👍🏽👍🏽

I have been working in Memphis and this is probably the most highly rated place we have eaten from. Anything you order on the menu is good! I had the chicken quesadilla con ganas and that was excellent!! Get any meal with ‘con ganas’ and that brings to consume. That is on point!

I had never had this before! I have gone back the last two days in a row. I have been sick for months not being able to eat or smell cooked food. This was a win!! It had been since July since I could eat and now I can’t get enough of the Consommé! If i could buy in bulk I would! I want more vegetables all in it! The polo quesadilla and pizza are to die for!

I've been wanting to try after hearing a lot. My first try was the veggie taco, which wasn’t that impressive. Probably, I’m the only one who's gonna less rate their food. But the veggie taco I tried was not up to the mark. It also felt a little overpriced. Like $5.70 for one taco? The seating area was decent and clean, and it had a pretty good vibe for a casual hangout in nice weather. It was definitely a vibe for atmosphere, and I would try again.

The food is delicious. I always order the shrimp tacos without cheese. Every time were in town it's a must have!
