Taco Mayo

Taco Mayo is one of my favorite fast food in the world. It came from Nebraska and my favorite one there is Taco John's. As far as you're in Oklahoma City this Taco Mayo is my favorite one to go to. I almost always order the same thing but very rarely will I change it up but anyway I like to order three soft tacos a large potato and a medium Coke and I like the fire sauce. I do like to add tomatoes on the tacos. There is a meal deal with three partial tacos which I also like to I just like soft tacos more myself and if I were to wish any changes to the menu please Taco Mayo if you can add a meal deal with three soft tacos even if it's a little more. This Taco Mayo location is truly the best “fast food” restaurant I’ve been to. The food is always so good and fresh and their customer service is impeccable. All the staff is so friendly every time I’ve been and I’m just really impressed with how they run this location.

I know fast food is always based off of who is working that day. This fresh Mex has been serving great food in a clean restaurant every visit. This Friday, I made the trip to get the empanada. Beef, cheese, flakey crusty pocket. I was worried I might have overhyped it in my mind. I love the patties of the Caribbean and their relative the empanada. I hope these stay on the permanent menu. So if you are near this Oklahoma gem of a restaurant, get the Empanada 3 for 10 of course the tacos, burritos, are as good as you remember, but this is next level.

I grew up on Mexican fast food and Taco Mayo beats Bueno and the Bell, hands down. I visit this location on a weekly basis and my order has never been wrong -- in fact, regular drive-thru employee (Tanya?) has helped me group items together into combo meals. I'm sad that the Yukon and SW59th/May locations are gone, but I will drive out of my way to visit this one and pick up those classic cheese nachos (jalapenos in the side!) and a taco burger with cheese. The food is as good as I remember it being from my childhood and the people are just as friendly. I hope this location remains open forever! Taco Mayo me baby!

This Mayo usually puts plenty of meat in the tacos and nachos (the pics didn't capture it very well though). They're always fast to get the food out. I love their fresh tortillas. Edit: after the reply from the owner on here, I realized I may not have said it correctly when I said they usually put plenty of meat in the tacos. I meant I was happy because they do. I wasn't complaining. I've never had anything skimp on meat here. There was plenty of beef on everything but the photos didn't show it very well. I wish I could reply directly to his response.
