Taco Madre

I absolutely love this food truck gem! There are lots of taco trucks around, but I haven’t found any of that put the kind of love that they do in their food! You know it’s fresh when they’re selling all the produce in the stand out front. I love their fruit cups. I’ve had several things that I think are delicious but my favorite is there Beria torta Easily can be shared with two people. It’s a fantastic sandwich with slow cooked burrito that delicious sauce. I don’t know what kind of mayo that is and they put a few pickled jalapeños on there all grilled and cheesy melt it to perfection! I even did a board party for Galentine‘s and I featured their tacos and treats and it was a hit! No regrets when you go here and on Sunday, they run a taco special for their regular tacos. Service was great and we received our food fairly quickly. Today was Taco Tuesday, and they have a special three tacos with rice and beans for 10 bucks. Can't really beat the price and I was excited to see they used white meat chicken. I did think the rice and beans could have been more flavorful, but overall for the price it was worth 10 bucks. Downside it's in a parking lot with a tent and it's hot so that is one of the reasons for the 3 ⭐ review.

A Tuesday special $9.95 my first time trying their rice and beans. I myself like the steak taco best.Chichen and we're good 👍 but I hate steak tacos before and liked best. PLUS you get soda / drink with special of day order . Not a bad deal. Just takes awhile to prepare it . I sat in car and ate ,it was cold.Before I sat at outside tables. I don't do hot stuff on tacos.

The best, I mean the best quesadilla I have ever had in my entire life. Tacos were amazing as well .. food was heaven !!!

My favorite taco place!! The food is on point always made fresh and the service/staff are very nice!
