Taco John's

Stopped by for a snack before going to Hot Springs State Park. What a cute little location and the food was great too. Friendly staff as well.

The service is great and the tacos/burritos hits the spot. The quantity of food is nice, but the potato sides were way too salty for me. I added nacho cheese which made them better. The drink sizes are gigantic.

Food is shit, if I could rate negative stars I would. The customer service was shit. Kaden at the window glared and didnt say a word when we got our food. We couldn't understand whoever was on the speaker and they didnt listen to what we said either.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - Super Potato Ole is tater tots with nacho cheese, shredded cheese, beef, tomatoes, very small scoop of neon green guacamole, and two dollops of sour cream. It said it had refried beans but we couldn't taste or see it. Very salty dish overall Super Burrito with beef, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and sour cream. Very uneven in filling where one of the bites was just mostly raw onions and another just mostly sour cream Taco Burger really was just taco filling inside two hamburger buns. Tasted how it sounds Ambience: 3/5 - typical fast food chain but the chairs were worn down with holes and the tables a bit sticky Service: 3/5 - two workers were sitting at the booth and got up when they saw us walking towards the restaurant. Very short in their speech

Well , to the new manager, I'd recommend making the food so people want to come back. Make it where the food was sooo good that they crave it again. This has been my experience with other taco John's in the past. For 30$ today you dropped the ball .
