Taco Dive

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Moved to east Tx from DFW and when we found Taco Dive, we were in heaven. It was a little piece of city in the country. It has indoor / outdoor seating and is right at the entrance to The Bowery in Winnsboro. Love it there! The atmosphere & food are outstanding...the WET BURRITO is my fav, but in a very close second are the shrimp tacos & chicken achiote tacos, super flavorful. (Ask for the hot sauce if you like spicy fire! Yum!). Great salsa and queso, and everything else we've ever tried. What Brittany & Daniel have done is spectacular & it's been great getting to know them. This place has my comfort food that I always crave. Oh and the margaritas are great too! Just pull up to the bar stools and they will set you up. They have several TVs for watching

My wife got the brisket quesadillas with a frozen margarita, that was two days ago and she still talking about it! I got the wet burrito with brisket and it was amazing!!! This is definitely going to be our go to for a good meal and drinks. We will be back very soon for a pumpkin spice martini!....... Okay, so it didn't take too long for the wife and I to go back. The second time was better than the first!!! I tried to get pictures of the pumpkin spice martini but they were so dang good we didn't get to them. My wife ordered the same, and I got the nachos Philly cheese steak with all the toppings, once again and amazing meal! Loved the martinis, yes we will be regulars lol

The Brisket Taco has a smokey flavor with crispy charred ends that pair well with the dry slaw that is on top. Pulled pork taco unfortunately was mostly tasteless, and a bit soggy. It seemed as if the meat had been boiled or water added to keep it moist had drowned out the flavor of the pork. The chicken fajita had cooked peppers and sauteed onions with plain chicken. Again there was not much flavor to the chicken, but it was moist. Service was quick and friendly. The location is small and comfortable, but very loud. The price was what you would expect by the location. It is a good place for a quick snack but not somewhere to go for a family meal.

Had fish and chips .... fish done perfect and batter nice and fluffy. Asked for very crispy fries and got limp fries! Not to happy about that. Also Texas Yolo was filming a segment and we may be in it! What fun!! Anyway please cook the fries crispy next time please!!

The food was great. The brisket burrito was the best. They charge for chips and salsa but that’s not crazy bad. Good place.
