Taco Dillas

The guy was nice, but that’s about the only positive. What was supposed to be a 15-minute wait turned into 30 minutes, which already set a bad tone. The taco truck itself was boarded up and honestly didn’t look very inviting, but whatever — looks aren’t everything. Now for the food. I was promised large birria tacos, well-dipped in consommé. First problem: the tacos didn’t even come with consommé. For $18, that is ridiculous. At that point I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the price and the long wait meant quality or freshness. Absolutely not. These were hands down the worst birria tacos I’ve ever had. They were overwhelmingly sweet, like someone dumped sugar all over them. The meat was insanely sweet, the onions were cut way too thick, and the flavor was just wrong.

Absolutely incredible! The TacoDilla Birria is phenomenal, and the shrimp and chicken tacos are awesome too. Ate too quickly before I could get a photo of anything. Super fresh ingredients and very kind host/chef. So glad I stopped by, will be back!

If you want tacos and you are in the Norwalk area you must try the taco truck by Holmes st. The tacos are fresh juicy spicy and well seasoned. I order few tacos beef , shrimp , chorizo and chicken. They made them fresh and it was just a great experience overall. I highly recommend this taco truck. You must try it

Best birria I’ve ever had 💯

This place is really good! I usually go to another truck but it was closed. I got the shrimp quesadilla and it was so yummy. I like that they put the sour cream instead. Check it out!
