Taco De Birria by Rice Bar

Run don’t walk to get your tacos and quesadillas from here! The food was well seasoned, flavorful, fresh and made to order. We got so many things tacos (pollo & chorizo), quesadillas (chorizo, birria pollo, birria beef), chips and pico de gallo. Everything was delicious and the women running the place are so sweet!

I really enjoyed my meal. It was very well balanced and flavored. The red sauce had a really nice heat kick to it. I especially enjoyed the dipping broth soup. That's something new for me and it added an especially nice salt flavor forward on each bite. When I finished my tacos I just poured it over the bits that dropped out of the tortillas and mix with my left over rice, delicious! Really enjoyed my lunch. Might have to get another order to go.

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would. 💯 Not only is the staff incredibly sweet and welcoming, but the birria tacos are to die for!!!! 🌮 I highly recommend ordering the beef birria tacos. They’re so filling and worth $14! I haven’t been to a place before that generously fills tacos the way this place does it. You get some rice on the side, along with the beef stock that the tortilla is dipped in. This is a MUST. If you don’t ask for the beef stock to dip your tacos in, you’re doing it all wrong. A huge shoutout to the chef, his name is Denisio👨🏻‍🍳 Thank you for making the best beef birria tacos ever. ♥️ I’m definitely gonna come back here again and order the same thing. 👍🏼
