TACO DE BIRRIA by rice bar Gaithersburg

AMAZING FOOD! Friendly staff and fast service -- we had ordered 2 orders of taco de birria res rather than 2 individual tacos and they fixed the pricing, food, and gave us extra rice. We also ordered the birria res quesadilla, birria sopa rice, and churro. Everything was DELICIOUS. Definitely recommend.

This is my second time here and it was as good as the first time. They give you your moneys worth. The birria ramen was cooked to perfection with tender meat & flavorful broth.

First time here and I loved it , it wasn't so greasy as other places it had a lot of flavor & the churros were amazing as well

I been here over 10 times now in the last 3 months or so and The food is good, especially the chicken quesadillas and fish tacos. Only thing is the service is SO bad here when the owner/male manager(?) isn’t present. The pricing, toppings, accompaniments, etc are all inconsistent. My first time here I asked for some consommé on the side and the owner charged me a dollar, the next time the lady charged me $2? It’s a tiny cup, they don’t even fill it all the way. Also they keep forgetting to radish with my tacos. Sometimes they come sometimes they don’t, they only consistency is that when I do get a radish it’s always thick and cut weird. I also sometimes will ask for extra onions and cilantro and that gets ignored 80% of the time. Also the horchata is super watered down here as well as the

I love the chorizo birria taco here. The chorizo, tomato, onion, cilantro are good, and it has a good spice level to it. I also tried the rice bowl here and it is very delicious with good ingredients and spices. And trust me, they have the best tacos and guacamole in this world!
