Taco Casa

I got nachos it didn’t have enough cheese I went to the chase register to ask for more cheese they said I had to pay extra but I’m paying 9 dollars for it there should be enough cheese with it. I went to the one in mesquite they serve me better I did not have to ask for more cheese or anything that show how Balch Springs need a new manager there.

Been coming here for years very clean good food. We purchased the gallon sweet tea along with over $25 of food sat to eat. Then needed ONE cup with ice. The manager said it would be a charge. I ask how much it cost? She said she wouldn't give me any ice! We left and may not be back. There are other locations that I pass coming from work in Las Colinas on my way home. No wonder no one eats inside anymore.

Very clean store! The cashier greeted us as soon as we walked inside and our food was ready before we seated ourselves. The condiment/utensil area was fully stocked and free of trash and debris. This location does have highchairs, plenty of handicap accessible seating and doors as well as a pretty nice sized outdoor seating area, weather permitting. The food was very fresh and good. You can get a lot of food for relatively cheap. We came at 11 during the week so there was no wait and plenty of seating.

Not happy by the customer service I just received. Went to Taco Casa to get a small order of food. The guy that was at the window was completely RUDE. He didn’t speak.. say my total NOTING. Took my card and swiped it. I asked for 4 sauces, he looks at me like it was a problem. He has a hoodie on with the hood over his head. He gave me my tacos and then closed the window.. when he realized I was still there he opens the window and gives me my sweet tea. I’m thinking I have not said or done anything to this worker. If you are having a bad day/night why take it out on your customers. Once he gives me the tea he shuts the window again in a very aggressive way. I wait and proceed to get the attention of the lady there. I ask her the guys name.. her response “I don’t know his name, he just star

Personally I think they have good food, is not the best but the place is always clean, customer service and attending speed is great.
