Taco Bueno

Every single time I come to this Taco Bueno, my order gets messed up. I specifically ask for a beef burrito with no beans, and four separate times now they’ve still put beans in it. I love Taco Bueno’s food, so I tried switching it up and ordering something different in hopes it would be correct. Unfortunately that didn’t help. This is now the third time I’ve ordered a cheese quesadilla and they’ve put chicken in it instead. What’s even more frustrating is that the receipts are always correct, so the issue isn’t with how the order is taken. It seems like the kitchen just isn’t following the receipt. I really enjoy Taco Bueno, but after so many incorrect orders it’s extremely frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon.

Had to go up there twice because they forgot to put in my large queso. Just handed the large queso over without putting it in a bag. Came back home and realized they also messed up my order by giving me a beef whole lotta platter instead of the chicken one. To top it off, the Dr Pepper is watered down. Last time this location will take my money.

Typically the best Bueno around but they closed before 10pm tonight! Starving and disappointed. NO BUENO!

I paid over 6$ for these cheesecake chimichangas and there no bigger then my finger and im only 4”11 so im little like what is going on this is rediculouse

When did they stop putting cheese, guacamole, tomatoes, and sour cream on Taco Salads? Cause the last two haven’t had any of it. But at least they got the chicken right.
