Taco Bueno

The manager at this taco bueno is horrible and rude. Double charged me for a meal and wouldn't give me my food because it showed declined on her screen. I showed her my transaction history to show I had been charged but she didn't care and shut the drive thru windows on me. Apparently there is no way to contact corporate to complain so here I am leaving a review to warn others. This place has absolutely horrible customer service and the orders are wrong every single time I come to this location. By far the worst taco bueno I've ever been to. Doesn't help that most of the crew doesn't speak English so communication is nonexistent. If this is how they handle business I suggest just doing a chargeback with your credit/debit card because thats the only help you'll get with taco bueno

Sad, orderd enchilada plate and taco sad. Took 15 min with 2 people in the restaurant. Then my taco was weak. Don't worry. During your wait, you can listen to radio commercials in the dining area. In addition they were out of Pico. This Bueno is no bueno.

One start is being kind. The folks working there were friendly Nd personable enough. The food was a major let down. Order 5 of the kicked chicken tacos, the new ones out. 3 bueno style and 2 chili lime. The picture showed Tortilla, chicken, coleslaw/shredded something and sauce....cool except for 4 out of 5 tacos were only Tortilla and chicken, barely any sauce and no cool, crunchy, tangy slaw. The chicken was good but could've been better if the tacos were made correctly. Additionally is the outside drive up speaker didn't work, had to drive up to place my order. Just look how sad and unappetizing those look, shouldve saved my money. Lesson learned, avoid this taco bueno, they didn't learn the first time and are doomed to repeat their mistakes.

The staff that works here are not friendly. The employees there do not even speak to you when you walk in the door.It took 8 minutes before someone asked me what I needed.On 05/19/2024 we picked up the number 3 food to go. Our food was over cook OMG. The restaurant was very filthy you can find roaches on the floor. We want eat here again and the staff does not change their gloves after cashing you out at the cash register. They go to their food area and make your food.

I got lunch here wholotta platter. My cheese was watery, chips taste old and my food was closed mind you I bought it early when they open. I will not be back
