Taco Bell

I was passing through OKC and decided to get some burritos and was really disappointed with the atmosphere inside as there were some guys eating on the table were abusive and loud. I got a cheese double beef burrito substitute it with chicken but had no chicken at all. It’s run by immature staff who really doesn’t care.

Be aware, Taco Bell large drinks that used to be same size as McDonald's large, have shrunk considerably. Mini taco salad fits in a 4x4 box, so it is truly "mini" as advertised. It was good, however.

Another good experience with Taco Bell. The only complaint is if you ask for avocado salsa, make sure you check your bag before leaving. Jun 29th, my son and I ate here. We normally have a good experience but this time we dined in. The guy getting my order got my name wrong and kept calling me suphina my names Savanah, so when I corrected him, he rolled his eyes like I'm in the wrong. Then I asked for 2 chicken cantina crunchy tacos only got 1. Had to go up and order another one but took them 3 to 4 min just to even acknowledge me. If the company's paid their employees better, this wouldn't be happening.

I went through the drive through and Austin and AJ assisted with my order. They were both very polite, quick and made sure I had the correct order and any additional condiments I needed. They are just pleasant young men, and it seems that the entire staff was just as dedicated and hard working. They all deserve a raise!!!

Got Taco Bell last night 2-09-26 10:30 pm, young man who was on the larger side was sticking his hands in the back of his pants to pull them up and tuck his shirt with gloves on and then proceeded to touch all over my food with the same gloves. When I made a comment about wanting food that wasn’t made with gloves previously in someone’s pants he was the one to make my food still which I would’ve preferred a different person and was giving extreme attitude by pinching the bag with two fingers and rubbing it after setting it down as if my request was ridiculous and I should’ve just ate the griller he made with gloves that had just been in the butt of his pants. Manager didn’t apologize, kid at the window was nice but also seemed as if he thought me not wanting a griller touched by butt glo
