really disappointed with my recent order from Taco Bell. I ordered two chicken enchilada burritos through DoorDash for my lunch the next day, and while DoorDash did their job just fine, the problem was entirely with how the food was prepared. The burritos were wrapped so loosely that they completely fell apart. By the time I opened them, everything had leaked out and they were basically impossible to eat properly. This isn’t a delivery issue — it’s a training and quality control issue. Your employees need better training on how to wrap burritos correctly. When customers are paying for food they plan to save and eat later, basic preparation matters. Very frustrating experience.

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff there tonight. I didnt keep my receipt. I didnt ask their names. But I was having kind of a bad day and the lady there was so kind and chipper that I immediately copied her tone and felt a bit better. Then driving away, my friend pointed out the smiley face on the cup. Confused, I stopped and looked and this little tiny cute drawn face. Completely made my night. And day. It is the little things people do that can spread joy to others. It took time to draw this and I thank you.

Employees are continuously cleaning the lobby so the dinning room and bathrooms are kept in good condition. Wait time's so far are short each time I stop inside. I like the new slushy machine. This taco bell is in a decent area. The employees and clientele reflect that. Overall, a pleasant dinning experience despite climbing prices.

I had a great experience at Taco Bell today. The employees were polite and friendly, and they greeted me with a smile. They took my order quickly and accurately, and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The tacos were delicious, fresh and hot. I loved the crunchy shells, the juicy meat, and the spicy sauce. They also gave me plenty of napkins and condiments. I was very satisfied with my meal and the service. I would definitely recommend Taco Bell to anyone who loves tacos and fast food.

The absolute worst taco bell I've been to! Every single time I come here they mess up my order! They have forget to put meat on tacos, missed items or skimp out on toppings this is the only location I ever have an issue with. Have called several times with complaints and they say they're going to mail me something but never do! Your better off going to oakdale or st paul because this location is awful as well as the staff, no customer service whatsoever
