Von, Kwame and Mira gave me the best service I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell, hands down. From the moment I walked in, the energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. This wasn’t just “good service” ..this was set-the-standard service. You can tell this isn’t a one-time thing either. The way Von carried themselves made it clear they consistently show up and take pride in what they do. Please give them a raise, because I know I’m not the first customer to experience this level of care. Thank you all for everything. The tone was set the moment I walked in, and it made a real difference. This is how it’s supposed to be done.

Rude night shift employees!! BAD customer service . Don’t recommend using drive thru , big pot hole will mess you car up ! don’t recommend this taco bell at all !!! Asked the lady for taco sauce and got a whole bag of an UNNECESSARY amount of sauce for 2 tacos and some nachos .

I ordered delivery and when I received my food, my burrito was burnt beyond repair on both sides. I was actually looking forward to eating it. I get that it can get busy, but how does this happen? Better off taking the time to make another one so it’s served the right way instead of giving someone something inedible. Waste of money.

Aight so listen rite, I get this same meal every place I go 3 Doritos loco taco custom steak black beans rice a cheese ! Tacobell this has been theeeeeee only location that has nailed it in cleanliness wrapped well an all 3 are stacked please give the person who made my tacos at 11pm a raise and recognition

I was targeted by a man with a broom and dustpan in the drive thru. He walked directly to my car to clean underneath it, for whatever reason. During that cleaning, he hit my car multiple times with his broom. I then took my food and parked at the literal furthest spot in the Taco Bell parking lot to eat my food. This man followed me across the parking lot, not cleaning a single thing on the way, to circle around my car and keep cleaning underneath of it. Which, again, led to him hitting my car multiple times with his broom and dustpan. I had to drive away, which the man barely allowed me to do as he was blocking my car in the spot. I called the restaurant to inform them of this issue. They told me that the man worked for them, and that he was "just doing his job." I used to frequent this
