The food tasted good but we got some wrong parts it was all $60!!!!! Most the things were so expensive I get more food at McDonald’s for $20. We even had to make our own drinks and it tasted horrible the guy was nice but they didn’t listen when we said we were missing some food and then later came to give us it. It wasn’t loud though and we got our drinks like way after just to get 1 drink and cups. I will say the food did taste good but the table was also kinda sticky. I will say though, the food was very good just some parts were missing.And it also stinked in there

Ordered $45 in food asked for extra steak quesadilla the drive thru cashier reassured the extra steak would be in it. Got home there was a total of 5 pieces of steak on the whole quesadilla l. This isn’t the he first time this has happened . Why pay for the extra when you never get it.

You want to slam the window on us because your cashier forgot to add a main part of our order then say drive around and get in the back and throw an attitude? No problem. Il get with the gm and corporate if needed. Find a new job because this one is not for you. You have no place in this industry. And I've been a gm for a long time.

First of all ! I love Taco Bell. I arrived at 11pm and they close at 12am so I don’t see how I would have gotten bad food! 1- the bag was leaking “ meat juice “ I ordered 2 Mexican pizza meals. Stained my jeans. I drove to my place 2 minutes down the road. 2- i felt the tacos so soggy and drenched in juice. Beef was cold and then once I took my first bite! The shell was tasting and smelling bad! My pizza was cold and no beans on one and black beans on the second one. Mixed in with the beef. Took me 2 minutes to dig through the beef to find out what it was. Horrible! Unacceptable! First time I’ve ever complained about anything in the fast food restaurants!

Service was slow, drink was wrong, was missing cheesy potatoes, chicken bowl, 1 of the beefy 5-layer, and 1 of the bean burritos. I understand it was a larger order but we waited 30 minutes for our food could at least give us the right item.
