Just moved to the area and was super impressed with the customer service AND food that I received. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes MAX and the nice lady at the window apologized and gave me a free drink and 2 free taco coupons! It's rare to experience customer service like that at a fast-food restaurant! I wish the Goodlettsville location would learn from y'all!!!
Good thing the cinnamon twists were free as a reward, because I would have been even more disappointed if a had paid for them. It's not even half full. Come on Taco Bell, you can do better. . .
In the middle of taking my order, they changed personnel taking my order. This caused them to miss an item from our order. Also, I ordered a Beef Burrito Supreme. Biting into it, I couldn't really see our taste the beef. Yeah, there were aLOT of beans, but I have to ask: "Where's the beef?"
Girl working the drive was suggested she was a manager. Got gracie to help with several orders I had. Very very pleased with the service. And what I can only assume to be a store manager was soo helpful. Highly recommend for this location. Sorry for any missed words or names wrong
Lady behind the counter was super sweet. I placed an online order and showed and expected to pick up. I waited patiently.
