Crazy.. I’ve worked in fast food, never Taco Bell, but I know it can get rough sometimes and fast pace… but when I opened this box and saw these dry ass nuggets I was shook. There is a time limit you can keep food up before it needs to be discarded and this was rock hard, dry, and definitely not what they looked like any other time I’ve bought them. @wheelersburg Ohios Taco Bell. And when I tried to call to just say what happened not really complain or ask for new ones, the phone was off the hook and wasn’t taking calls. Smh.. and the tacos were soggy and dripping through the paper through the bag and leaked all over. I wish I was making this up lol.. I’ve NEVER left a bad review in my life especially because I know the GMs take a look at them (at least Burger King in Huntington does) and

Taco Bell (This Location's More “Bell” Than Taco) Let’s just say I didn’t come here expecting five-star dining, but I did expect a chalupa that wasn’t mostly air and regret. The first one I received had so little filling I thought maybe they were running a “just the shell” promotion. It was honestly abysmal. As for the customer service, most of the staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else, except for one kind and competent lady who took the time to make it right and brought me a fresh one. She’s the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. Still, a single good deed can't salvage an otherwise frustrating experience. I won’t be returning to this location, and my appetite won’t be mourning the loss.

This Taco Bell was already the worst Taco Bell Iv ever been to and after today i stand by that. Everyone working there is so rude and hateful. They speak to customers like they are trash. Management is quick to make sure you are wrong. I regretfully went today after not being there in 3 months or more. Its been so long i cant remember really Its been over that long because when i went several times then the food was so poorly put together and tasted so nasty. They purposely put less than normal food on tacos and it would all taste so gross. They mess up orders and refuse to fix it. The management and other workers were so awful and rude, it makes your feel uncomfortable being there even in the drive thru. This Taco Bell has some of the rudest staff out off all the locations in that tristate area. Me and my family often avoid this specific location. From the moment I go through the drive through, it feels like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. lots of attitude, and eye-rolling when I asked a simple question about my order. The food was average at best, but the service completely ruined the experience. If you don’t want to be treated like you’re bothering people just by ordering food, I’d suggest going to a different location.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I really wish they would go out of business, wheelersburg would be better without it. There is one worker that is especially rude any time I’ve gone here. I don’t know his name but he’s a tall and younger man that’s always on drive thru, I don’t know how he hasn’t been fired being that rude to customers
