The female manager that works evenings during the week is a rockstar! Doesn't matter how busy it is. You will get your food in a timely fashion and it's actually what you ordered made right! Just moved back to the area and this taco bell is way better than any of the 3 in my old town. Drive through is usually a tad slower just because its so extremely busy so I always go inside.
This location use to be my go to spot for taco bell in town. I have waited 35 min and still haven't ordered.... Edit 40 min wait and I finally placed my order 50 min past i got the food. This taco bell lost my business fully....
Came in to pick up an online order. Was the only one in the store a worker stared at me a few times before coming up eventually and asking the name for my order. I told them and the response was that it was going to be about 15 minutes. I advised them to be more attentive to customers for customer service and they just said “how is that service”. No accountability and no one to admit yeah I should’ve asked how can I help you the most basic form of customer service. Just use a drive through don’t bother with the people they don’t care.
Waited in a line of 5 cars ahead of me for 45mins just to order and sat waiting with one at ahead for almost 20mins just to food. One combo and some chips. If you don’t have the staff then close early or post that there will be a very very very long wait for fast food on your sign for approaching vehicles in the drive through. Zero acknowledgment of any kid besides sorry.
The most disgusting food space I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe this is Taco Bell is allowed to operate safely. My food order was stolen for the pickup. Terrible experience
