Taco Bell

I like Taco Bell because it’s convenient and right in town.. HOWEVER!!! The last 4 Times I’ve been there. They’ve completely screwed up my order.. ( I understand I should’ve checked before I leave the drive-through) Point being I shouldn’t have to. And didn’t realize it until I got completely home🙄🙄🙄 — Check your food in the drive-through

Tonight, I ordered 2 meals and was lacking a taco in one of them, double checking should be second nature. Also, I felt like a bother to the staff person working the drive thru. Minimal interaction at the window with some unnecessary eye rolls. I have gone three times since they have opened and the same person has been working that position. Three strike ruled on this one. Just like the Dunkin Donuts next door. 😮‍💨

First time: Didn't get my order until 53 minutes after I placed the order. For 2 burritos. Second time: Ordered 13 soft tacos, 3 crunchy tacos, and 3 5-layer burritos. NONE of the soft tacos were in the bag. Only had the 3 crunchy tacos and 3 5-layer burritos. Edit 1/3/2025: Taco Bell did respond to my complaint by issuing a partial refund in the amount of the missing items. Even though it was a proper response +2 stars for now. I still had to make other accommodations that night. I still advise to take-out customers, check your bags before leaving. When I called to see if there was a second bag the phone just rang over and over again with no answer. The slip didn't indicate multiple bags either. I've been to this Taco Bell location on average of once a week since they opened, at all times of the day. The staff is completely kind and honest. But that doesn't make up for the sloppily assembled food. Missing food. Cold, little, or missing ingredients. And the 30+ minute wait time, no matter how much or little you order, and no matter the size of the line. I understand that the staff might not be as experienced as other fast food places/Taco Bell locations but with being open for over a month, I've seen no improvement.

Service deserves 0 stars. The incompetence of the workers is rivaled only by their attitude and entitlement. Apparently it’s too much to ask for an order to be taken correctly and to get what you paid for. Food is sub-par for a Taco Bell and the staff is awful. It’s a new location and it’s already this bad? It will only get worse. Eat somewhere else in town.
