Thank you to Taco Bell and the two amazing ladies who welcome us every Monday morning! You always have our breakfast and coffee ready, and we truly appreciate your great service and positive attitude. Thank you for always being on top.

This is literally the only Taco Bell I will frequent in the Joplin Missouri area. I've been going there for years and never received the wrong order. The food is always warm, service is friendly and extremely fast. This one seems to be managed better than any others around.

Service was ok. Used Kiosk to place order, and personnel prepping order left off item even though it was on receipt. Ordered the new $7.00 box because made it look very appetizing, and I have to say it truly was not. I'm not usually this critical of fast food, but for prices required to pay nowadays, you'd be better off going to local Mexican Restaurant (Stones Corner).....look at photos provided, you be the judge....

Ordered thru the app 11/22/25, a fairly busy Saturday night. Food in the order was accurate, hot and most importantly, put together by someone that seems to give a crap about there job. People were friendly and food was great. What more can you ask for? Great job...

Questionable decisions at 1:47 a.m. Never, ever have I witnessed a Taco Bell experience like the Webb City location. The guy working the drive-thru window was so profoundly stoned that he appeared to be buffering. We were mid-order when he just… stopped. No goodbye. No confirmation. Just silence. Like his soul left his body to go live más somewhere else. We assumed maybe the headset died, so we pulled up to the window. Our total was $15.10. I handed him $16. He stared at it like it was a riddle written in ancient Sumerian. He made no move to give change.
