worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. they mess up my order all the time and i have to wait like 20 min every time too i ordered a beef taco no lettuce and they put cream cheese and tomatoes on it and it’s literally dripping

Between this Taco Bell and the Burger King on the Sunset stretch I dont know which one has the worst service and cold gross food. But, for real, hire people or teach your employees how to deliver Good Customer service! I was in the drive thru and the lady was rude as hell, I had to quickly back out of there, because why would I give business to a place with rude employees?

Waited over 15 min for a cheesy steak burrito that was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. And a steak crunch wrap that was almost all veggies. The steak had the consistency of beef jerky and tasted a little like it too. Worst taco bell I've ever been to.

I’ve lived in Waukesha for 9-10 years now, not once have I had my Oder handed to me in under 10 minutes, one time I waited 35-40 minutes for food, at this Taco Bell. Very slow, food made sloppy, sometimes cold. I’ve gone to this place DOZENS of times to just try, and nothing has or will ever change. Go to the one on slivernail !

I was surprised they asked for your name to announce orders. It was nice and made me feel like a person then a number. They even had a oval cystal bowl on the counter full of peppermints. Service was polite, looked professional and not tried like they didn't want to be there.
