Taco Bell

Came here at 8pm (30 min before close) and having just seen one star reviews, my expectations were low, but I was hungry and would settle. But alas, I was mistaken. I was served the most perfect Nachos Bell Grande I've ever seen. I immediately texted a photo to my best friends and family, and posted to my Instagram story because I needed to share how beautiful this thing was. I mean, just look at it!!!!!! I literally gave my compliments to the chef after: "Mejor del mundo."

They definitely need to get rid of the employee, Berta, she has no customer service etiquette at all, even after I showed her how the food looked, if they do not get a better staff they need to shut down!!! I was supposed to have a creamy chipotle chicken wrap but it wasn’t creamy at all so dry!!

I think this is the only Taco Bell in the area. You are ordering fast food in a Bus station, so you kinda know what you are getting yourself into here. My order was wrong because the cashier was not listening to me. Also got a diet soda because again, same girl on autopilot. I was happy to get some food because I was hungry. Time to get my order was not bad. Dont come here with high expectations and you will not be disappointed.

Worst Taco Bell ever, 2 of the Spanish employee hate ringing up customers, they never ever open at 10:00am its always 10:30-10:50am. The manger is cool but the two female Spanish ladies need to be replaced because the energy gives off I don't like working here but Im going to do it. This franchise probably could have 20% more in returns if the employees served everyone instead of who they want to. This is Union Station we have people all over the world coming here and their worst experience is the infamous Taco Bell at Union Station. Upper management please address this, I go on my lunch at 10am and they are never open.

The cashier was impatience , also she was holding phone to her mouth and recording voice message while I was waiting to order, can check around 12:15 pm camera, She didn’t have badge but her name was Alberta F on my receipt.
