Taco Bell

Hate to say it but this location is extremely slow, the workers act like they don’t care about your food, one employee was outside smoking a black and mild, then came in still smoking and went to make the food… not good…

Simple order…. Big mess. “May I please have 5 crunchy tacos and 3 soft supremes?” Pull into the Speedway next door and open my bag to all broken tacos… all crunchy, including the supremes. I just despise mediocrity but I would have loved average tonight more than this Taco Bell today.

The entire dining room was dirty. No tables had been cleaned and we had to ask for them to clean one for us. They proceeded to clean only the one and left the rest dirty. The restrooms have a sign that they check them every 30 minutes but they clearly had not been cleaned in some time.

I absolutely love this location and the staff is always so friendly and amazing. The guy in drive thru named Kenny is very professional and his customer service is unbelievable. If I owned a restaurant I would offer him a job. Everyone there is always so kind. The food is always good and hot. Ms Geneva who has been there a very long time is the absolute best! 5 stars to these wonderful ppl.

Went through taco bell galax and got 30.00 worth of food. Was given wrong food and what was correct was hard and cold after having to pull around and wait. Must've been sitting out. I went in and they did correct it but they knew better than to hand out what we were given. When in the store the staff wasn't professional and were fussing with one another and caring on and floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days.
