Taco Bell

You need to do better. I’ve seen slippery floors and people sliding around, staff forgetting the drink cups, no napkins in mobile order and now the portion size was pathetic for the Cantina Bowl. On tv you show pictures of it and it shows the bowl full of food. I was served about 3 tablespoons of each ingredient far under the edge of the bowl. Do better Taco Bell, do better.

>order a crispy chicken cantina taco >get a non crispy avacado taco >order another crispy chicken cantina taco >get another non crispy non cantina avacado taco i spoke to the employee that then told me that i ordered an avacado ranch taco. twice. at least 1 item is missing per order. the service is awful. i used ubereats for 2 meals and got half of the first meal and the 2nd meal was completely missing and both of my drinks that were supposed to be diet were not diet. and one didn’t have ice🤷

Food is food, but they skimp if you add extra. Its like they ignore it completely even though you pay extra. Not sure if its the boss trying to save money and demanding the workers to be scarce. Idk. But I do know its unbelievably slow, they cant keep employees. And thats frustrating. I guess they dont care though cause these ratings keep dropping and nothing is changing.

I ordered a burrito supreme after waiting in a long line at the drive thru. The price was $6.00 for 1 I was surprised it was so costly but thought it was worth it. When I received it I parked at the next stop I had to make. I took a bite and it was not very good. Plus it was like chili poured into a big soft shell taco. I managed to take 2 bites but it was running all over my face and clothes. It was horrible and not worth the money and I will not go back there again. No lettuce , tomato or cheese like menu description

Health department needs to shut this place down. I got food poisoning after eating here, sick for 3 days. Place is a crap house, food all over the floor, flies in the kitchen. Employees seem trashy and could care less. Not sure who owns this place, but they need to make a better effort. Hire some better people and clean up the place.
