Taco Bell

I went here and ordered three tacos, a cantina chicken quesadilla, and a large drink with no ice. What i received was a medium drink with ice. In the bag one of the tacos was just thrown in there, the wrapper unfolded. Cheese and meat was all inside the bag but not in the taco shell. I went inside to complain and someone did remake the taco and drink. Not to mention there was someone else also complaining that got their $1 cup of cheese and it had only enough to dip like 2 fries in. However, when I got home and opened the box of my quesadilla, it was butchered. I had to cut it myself when I got home because if how shitty it was cut. There was also no sauce or napkins in my bag at all. Not one. And when I opened my tacos, Cheese flew everywhere because it was all in the wrapper. I am so pis

Vidor taco bell is my go to when I go have lunch with my great grandson. Employee's are very polite, and although sometimes it takes while to get my order, it's almost never wrong. That's high praise for any fast food restaurant. All in all good experience and a bunch of nice employees.😁

Well it happened again. I’m not really sure why but every time I order from taco bell here in Vidor they forget something. I sent my husband this time and when he got home the nuggets were missing. THAT WAS THE ONLY THING I REALLY WANTED. I have tried calling the store to let them know they didn’t put it in the bag and ask if I could get it tomorrow because I didn’t want to get back out. No surprise here no one answered.

Where do I even start, when I ordered my food there was like 5 or 6 people ahead of me one lady she's been there for a good 5 to 10 mins just for a small meal,I got home and open up my meal 😒 😐 tell me why my tacos are crushed the shell is burnt half put together and very very very sloppy

Made a counter pick up order thru the app. When i arrived to the location after it said my order had been completed the lobby was closed. I Had to WALK THRU the drive thru because the staff refused to open the door and told me to walk around to the window. The staff then had the nerve to laugh at me when i got to the window. Openly mocking me. Then closing the windowing and opening what looked to be a beer and pouring it into a cup. The "manager" walked up sluring her words and asking me to "pull up" because someone spilled my drink... I said ma'am I'm on foot yall told me to walk around. Then she started willfully arguing about how she didn't it must have been someone else. And after all that they still didn't get my order correct. I feel sorry for the kids that are being set up for failu
