Taco Bell

I order here too much because Taco Bell is my addiction. They normally do a great job, 10/10, but I ordered the mobile app meal for 4 and the crunch wrap supremes did not have cheese or sour cream sauce. I am pregnant and was extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to it cause my family has been sick and surviving off of soup for the past week. That's all, otherwise food is 10/10.

Great taco bell, don't think they've ever messed up an order before. Came in today and took a little longer than usual, but that's because they were busy. Got my food and this lady started getting onto the staff about how she had to wait "over an hour" for her food. The staff looked up her order and told the lady that they didn't make her food since she didn't pay. The lady started yelling and cussing at the staff because "they didn't acknowledge her so she could pay", yet she had her drinks and should've mentioned payment when she got the drinks. Staff stayed polite and professional.

Just purchased two supreme tacos and when I opened the bag, they smelled like petroleum substance was on them. Not appetizing at all. Threw them away due to the smell. Usually they are very good but something happened to the tacos today.

Placed a mobile order with no ice in the drink. When the drink was brought with the food, there was ice in the drink and the employee refuses to remake it. When I called the store to speak to the manager, she lied and said there was no ice because they don't have any. So when I asked her why do I see ice in my cup, she laughed and said my drink flat anyway and to drink it anyway and hung up. And to make it worse, the food was hard and burnt. Called a second time to ask why my food was burnt and the manager said I'm not about to play on her phone. Insults were exchanged, I told her I'll be there in morning. She told me to come up there now in a threatening voice.

The burrito and tacos was good, but we got cinnamon twist that were fresh but they taste like they were still and they were disgusting. When I normally come through and get that same meal it’s always good but when I came tonight it wasn’t.
