I never write reviews on a fast food restaurant unless they disappoint, but omg this is was the BEST cantina chicken taco I have ever had out of all the locations ive been to. The cantina bowl was amazing a fresh, but that taco was next level

I promise you, they’ll never get another penny from me!!!! This location was HORRIBLE. First, we waited about 40 minutes to get our food in the drive thru. We pulled up to the drive through and the lady was not welcoming nor was she friendly. When we pulled up we was greeted with a “hold on” for a good ten minutes. Ordered the food and was told to pull around to the parking lot to get our order. You would think we ordered the whole menu… we ordered 3 combos. once we were parked, we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. We noticed other cars were receiving their meals, even cars that came after us. After about a 40 min wait on our meals, we decided to jump back in the drive thru. We asked the lady did she forget about us she said “no”.. she hand us our bag and we saw the food was toss

Why is my food always wrong when I come into this taco bell.i always pay for chicken and always get seasoned beef. You basically stole money from me. I live out of town. I been here 4 times and it's never right. You all need to pay attention.i hardly complain but this taco bell .it's ridiculous. I think I am done with this taco bell. If I want tacos. They are some Mexican restaurants in valley or Lanett I will go to. I choose here and I can't never get my order right. Look under CS and see. I paid for chicken every time and get some nasty seasoned want to ground beef.

Bro whoever working 2:00 today November 9th, 2024. The service was so good. She was so sweet on the speaker and then I get my food and it’s absolutely so frigging good. Beefy cheese nachos & quesadilla. First off the quesadilla had just the right amount of spicy sauce like it was just so good. I ate it all up in my car but now I’m headed to a bathroom! 😹😹😭 thank y’all so much I devoured it 🙌 SCRAP THE PLATE

12/4 waited at drive thru order menu 10 minutes - never an update. I asked if they were open then was told to hold on. After more time I asked if there was a technical issue to be told no. I told them that three cars behind me just drive off and lady replied that is ok. I said not for the people that own this business. Then another woman came on and said oh we are sorry it is the mobile orders. This is not how to run a business. Hire people that know how to speak to customers and explain what is happening. So bottom line I drove off. More money lost.
