the serving is just not it. flattest burrito, no rice in my burrito, just few stuffs and a very light chicken got this order from drive thru today, around 7:30-8:00 in the evening. cashier didnt inform me that there was no rice in my burrito before he gave me the order. last picture is the photo reference of a”tacobell chicken burrito” how it should be

The workers were nice and friendly, but I waited over 20 minutes for my order and just I was going to ask for my money back, one worker asked me and the person next to me what our names were. They put both of orders as DoorDash, even though we both ordered in the store. My order sat there for 15 minutes getting nice and cold. Very frustrating!

I did a DoorDash and my food was super hard. Tacos are not even soft really hard. They forgot half of my food night. Crew is definitely not doing good hire new people.

All the food was good except for when it came to dessert,the new Carmel and chocolate empanadas! No Carmel at all! Just a fried shell! Really disappointing 😳😢

It was going great I was enjoying my food with my child until a lady aggravated talk to a employee rude was getting loud with her and telling another employee she going send the other employee her information her address and etc to the other employee so unprofessional it doesn’t matter what they did they don’t deserve be talk to like that there was a whole room in the back to talk in private something private until into the whole business then telling the other employee in the back
