TERRIBLE! Ordered through app to pick up in drive thru. Drive thru was blocked off. Had to go inside when I’m not very able I still waited 21 minutes for my order when I placed the order over 30 minutes prior. The girl w red hair was on her phone instead of helping a customer that walked in The staff was arguing about clocking out. “I don’t care I’m leaving” “We need u to drop the Cinnabons” “He’ll nah u do it” Disgusting attitudes Someone asked Corinne to make a taco or something and she said “no I’m not” Mind u I asked for 10 fire sauces. They put about 15 of every flavor in the bag. What a waste!!! Threw out all the extras Worst of all… a food in my hair A long hair on my first flatbread melt so I couldn’t even eat my food. Grossed me out so bad. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Alex on night shift was a complete delight! He was super busy with doordash & drive thru and even though we had to wait a little extra time, he went out of his way to go the extra mile and make the experience joyful. Give 👏 that 👏 man 👏 a 👏 damn 👏 raise 👏👏👏

Management needs to work on training people properly. Went to get my food in drive through, as soon as they opened the window they was smell of weed. Plus they dont even reply back properly. Who knows is they need to check the food or fda needs to get involved. Employees were yelling and playing inside and cars were waiting in the queue for more than 15 minutes. Needs proper employees and management needs to train them on how to talk.

I had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at this Taco Bell location today. What should have been a quick lunch run turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me questioning why I even bothered. Ridiculously Long Wait Times The drive-thru was practically empty - just one car ahead of me with a single person inside. I figured I’d be in and out in five minutes max. Boy, was I wrong. I sat there for a mind-numbing 20 minutes just to get my order. Twenty minutes! For fast food! There was literally one person ahead of me, and somehow the staff managed to turn what should have been a simple transaction into an eternity of waiting. This place needs to be shutdown. I waited well over an hour for my food...there was only 4 cars ahead of me. Only one person was working there. Someone please get their grandpa out of the taco bell kitchen and into a nursing home. Legitimately felt bad for him because he was the only dude working the whole night. Genuinely horrible experience and if you are reading this please spend your money elsewhere...it's not worth it
